Returns and Refunds


  • All our products are made-to-order. Our minimum delivery times are up to 10 working days. Large orders may take additional time and we will keep you informed at every step.
  • Any further customisation, if you request, such as special fabric or design can take additional time. Please make a note of the delivery times before placing the order.
  • Shipping times can vary as it depends upon the volume and delivery address. We deliver all our clothes across United Kingdom. Please check with us, if you are placing your order for delivery outside United Kingdom.

If you are not happy with our products due to any fitting issues, design or fabric, you can return our products within 30 calendar days of the delivery date of the product.

  • All refunds will be processed after products are received and verified for any damage. Damaged products will not qualify for refund.
  • All refunds will be processed within 12-15 business days after refund is confirmed. You will be notified by email once refund has been processed.
  • All refunds will be to the payment source only.
  • Any custom designed products will not qualify for refund.
  • Falcon Fashions reserve the rights to apply deductions if we find that our products are being returned without any reasonable reason. This can be from 0% to 15% of the value of your order.
  • Please note that shipping or delivery charges are not refundable.
  • Falcon Fashion will provide as much as information possible, within reasonable reasons to all consumers on all charges and/or deductions.
